Kymberly Corley, LMSW

I specialize in working with young adults and people who struggle to find their voice and sense of identity. I help clients build confidence, set boundaries, and live in alignment with their values. I also work with women navigating ADHD, trauma, and self-esteem challenges, as well as queer individuals seeking an affirming space for self-exploration and connection.

I incorporate DBT skills because they help people build emotional regulation, improve communication, and find balance between acceptance and change. They remind us that things don’t have to be all good or all bad—that we can hold nuance, make space for contradictions, and still move forward with clarity and compassion.

In a world oversaturated with self-help and therapy language, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start—or what actually helps. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself—to your inner voice, your truth, and to honor your own needs.

Let’s collaborate and work in an environment where growth feels honest, supported, and deeply human.

I practice under the supervision of Netta Admoni, Ph.D.

I work with adults who want to address anxiety, depression, and relational concerns. My therapeutic approach is catered for each client.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, including GAD, social anxiety, OCD and perinatal/postpartum anxiety. I use evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help my clients learn how to navigate unhelpful thoughts, learn new ways of thinking, and regulate their nervous system. Much of therapy includes also helping my clients try new things that are anxiety-provoking for them, in order to overcome fears.

For relational challenges, I help clients process early life experiences, understand how the past connects with the present, and connect to their values. I want to help my clients gain insight on root causes of distress, while also engaging in healthier meaningful relationships now.

My style is warm and collaborative. In session, I try to balance insight-oriented and skills-based approaches. I am active in teaching and helping clients develop new, healthy coping skills, in order to deal with stress better. I integrate feminist and multicultural approaches, and strive to help explore the impacts of oppression, privilege, and societal expectations, on mental health.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Charlotte. Interacting with a therapy animal can be incredibly helpful and assistive in anxiety and depression treatment.
